It's the 31st and I still haven't received my box, what do I do?

If it is 31st, and you still haven't received your box, please check your email. Every month we will send you the tracking number, so you can check the status of your shipment. There, you will be able to see all the corresponding information (correct delivery address, status of the shipment, etc.).
If you still can't find your shipment, please write to email@example.com, and we will help you :-)
